Don't forget to Hate Russia

As President Bush rattles his saber and his neoconservative PNAC cronies beat the drums of war in advance of another illegal and immoral invasion of a sovereign state, his opinion spinning attack dogs are making sure that we all remember to hate Russia.

Russia was against the Iraq war.
Russia had ties with Iraq and it has ties with Iran.
Russia will most likely be opposed to a war in Iran.

Frederick Kagan, a Russia and defense expert at the (highly dubious) American Enterprise Institute (http://www.aei.org/...) says the following in the LA Times story about Russia and Iraq (link below the fold), "I think we have to assume that we can't trust the Russians to be impartial or even honest with us," Kagan said. "The Russians have ties with the Iranians that are also very worrying."
That, in a nutshell, is what we are being asked to do: Trust Good God Fearing George W. Bush, and Don't trust Evil Commie Russia because....

President Bush is dead set on a war with Iran, and Russia is again opposed to our unprovoked aggression.
